Can I download a 30-day free trial from publisher-controlled download storage?
Security-Aware Standard 1.0 and Enterprise 2.1 have dedicated trial download portals linked from the Downloads page. The application documentation describes a 30-day evaluation period. A trial package becomes available only once the publisher places an approved Windows build in the folder and enables verified download access. Purchase and manual licence activation are separate, through the edition's Gumroad listing.
How much does Security-Aware Standard cost?+
Standard 1.0 is listed at $44.99 USD* one time for up to six cameras. The seller's website pricing specifies a separate $100 USD annual entitlement for seven or more cameras. Verify the live checkout and release licence terms before purchase.
How much does Security-Aware Enterprise 2.1 cost?+
Enterprise 2.1 costs $269.99 USD* one time for up to six enabled cameras. Its K0039 licence documentation specifies a separate $1,000 USD annual entitlement for seven or more enabled cameras after evaluation. This is not an unconditional annual fee on every Enterprise installation.
Do annual payments automatically activate more cameras?+
No. The Enterprise licensing documentation specifies that activation and renewal codes are manually issued after the publisher verifies payment, installation ID and registration email. Preserve these codes and verify renewal before expiry.
Does the program work with every ONVIF or RTSP camera?+
Not necessarily. Camera video compatibility depends on model, codec, network access, passwords and firmware. ONVIF and RTSP support do not mean every camera feature or proprietary PTZ controller is automatically certified.
What Windows versions are supported?+
Release-source documentation targets Windows 10 and 11 with .NET Framework 4.8. Use the prerequisites bundled with your exact release; no claim of universal hardware compatibility is made.
Can I record continuously and use motion recording?+
The documented application workflows include per-camera continuous and motion-based recording, optional schedules and recording locations. Confirm the behavior on your Windows build and storage before relying on it.
Where are the download files?+
The Downloads page links to separate, permanent private trial download portal for Standard and Enterprise. Versions inside each folder can change without a site update. Access may be restricted until an approved release is available.
Is there a thirty-day evaluation?+
Enterprise K0039 and Standard K0026 source documentation describe an initial 30-day evaluation. Windows first-run and expiry behavior still require release acceptance testing, so confirm availability with the publisher before purchase.
Are box images physical products?+
No. Boxes are rotating digital marketing illustrations of downloadable software. No physical box is included. Actual application behavior and device interoperability must be verified separately.
Can I send support my camera password or footage?+
Do not email credentials, publisher activation keys, private certificates, or unredacted footage. Contact support@security-aware.ca with the edition, Windows version and camera model instead.
